Service Description
Experience a special moment in the heart of the Alpes’Huskies world, alongside Violaine, a multiple world champion musher, and her pack of competition dogs. Seated in the snow sled or the cart, depending on the conditions, discover the power, speed, and energy of true canine athletes in the magnificent setting of Grand-Paradis in Champéry. On the program: 🐺 Discover the world of mushing and meet the pack 🛷 Ride as a passenger: rides are taken in turn, with one adult alone or one adult accompanied by a maximum of one child per ride. Participants then take turns so that everyone can enjoy the experience. 💙 Cuddles, interaction, and photos with the dogs 🏆 Immersion in the daily life of a competition team The complete experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. The dog sledding tour is intentionally short and dynamic: it's an introductory experience with racing dogs, not a leisurely ride measured in kilometers or time. ✨ New this winter: the Great North Photo Studio! Take home an instant photo alongside a husky in our Nordic setting. This option is available for online booking. 🥂 Want to extend the experience? Our platter of local products can be reserved online. Fondue is also available upon request via message. 🫕🔥 Good to know: the activity is adapted to weather conditions and the well-being of the dogs. Sledding is used when snow conditions permit, and karts are used otherwise. The experience is offered year-round, in all seasons. However, be sure to book well in advance: the most popular slots, especially in winter, can be fully booked several weeks ahead. Periods without surcharge: (2027) The QoQa voucher can be used without surcharge from Monday to Friday, excluding school holidays, public holidays, and long weekends, subject to availability. Weekends & peak periods: Want to enjoy your experience during a weekend or a peak period? This is perfectly possible, subject to the following surcharges: Saturdays and Sundays: + CHF 30 per booking School holidays, public holidays, and long weekends: + CHF 50 per booking Christmas/New Year holidays and February school holidays: + CHF 80 per booking Surcharges are not cumulative and must be paid directly at the start of the activity. Please bring the exact amount if possible.
Cancellation Policy
1. Responsabilité Les activités se déroulent en pleine nature avec des animaux. Chaque participant reconnaît participer sous sa propre responsabilité. Alpes’Huskies décline toute responsabilité en cas d’accident, sauf faute grave ou intentionnelle. 2. Météo & adaptation des activités Les conditions de montagne (froid, neige, vent, etc.) font partie de l’expérience et ne donnent droit à aucun remboursement. En cas de manque de neige, les activités hivernales sont remplacées par des activités adaptées aux conditions. Le musher peut modifier ou interrompre une activité pour des raisons de météo, sécurité ou bien-être des chiens, sans indemnité. 3. Règles sur site Prévoir des vêtements chauds en hiver. Les animaux personnels sont interdits. Les consignes du musher doivent être respectées en tout temps. 4. Réservation, annulation & retard Toute réservation est confirmée par e-mail. En cas d’annulation, modification ou absence, la prestation reste due. Exceptionnellement, une modification peut être acceptée avec des frais de CHF 45.–. Tout retard réduit la durée de l’activité sans remboursement. 5. Option Flexi Annulation Option facultative, pour certaines prestations, permettant de modifier ou annuler jusqu’à 3 jours avant l’activité sans frais. Passé ce délai ou en cas d’absence, aucun remboursement ni modification ne sera possible. L’option n’est pas remboursable. 6. Informations attelage (traîneau/kart) -Femmes enceintes : participation sous responsabilité personnelle ou avec accord médical. -Enfants de moins de 2 ans non admis. -Poids conseillé : env. 90 kg max par adulte (prendre l'option suppl. biplace si dépassement). -En été, privilégier les réservations tôt le matin.
